What this site collects.
Who this applies to
This notice covers this website — nieme.ai and its pages. It does not cover the Nieme product itself; if your organization uses Nieme, the handling of that data is governed by the agreement in place with you.

What we collect
One thing: the email address you type into the invite form, and only when you submit it. There is no other form and no other field.
Our hosting provider also records ordinary server logs when a page is served, which include the requesting IP address, the page requested and a timestamp. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to local storage. It loads no analytics, no advertising, no tag manager, no session recording, no social pixels and no third-party fonts. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you were not asked to.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Why we hold your email, and on what basis
To reply to your request for an invitation, and to contact you about early access. That is the only purpose.
Where the GDPR applies, the basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. Where the LGPD applies, the basis is consent under Art. 7, I. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete the address.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree (United States) — receives and delivers the form submission.
- Vercel (United States) — serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
International transfer
Both processors are in the United States, so submitting the form transfers your email address there. Where the GDPR or LGPD applies, that transfer rests on the same consent, and on the contractual safeguards those providers make available.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact with you — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy — and you can withdraw consent. Write to hello@nieme.ai and we will answer within 30 days.
Under the LGPD you may also complain to the ANPD. Under the GDPR you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not apply a material change retroactively to data already collected without asking you first.
